THE SCIENTIFIC CORE WORKOUT

GOCORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance inspired by elite athletic training principles. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. All the moves in GOCORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable, whatever your fitness level. GOCORE is available as a 55-minute workout.

Michelle guides you through the correct technique during the workout as you work with resistance bands and weight plates and bodyweight exercises like crunches and hovers. Plus, there are some hip, butt, and lower back exercises.

GOCORE is for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The moves are simple and low-impact options mean you choose the intensity. You will soon experience the benefits of increased cardio and functional fitness. You never know until you go.
GOPUMP instructors provide options to suit everyone. It’s a good idea to start with really light weights or even just a bar. Start slowly with just one to two classes a week and build up from four or five tracks to a full class. You’ll find your fitness and strength improve over a number of sessions.

There’s no need to bring a thing. Your club will provide the necessary equipment. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
